Allawah Depot Road Remediation, Sydney Water (NSW Government)
Sydney Water required Perfect Engineering to provide a road design to upgrade the existing roads around the facility. Scope of Works required new pavement design, stormwater design and retaining wall design.
Dudley Page Reserve Dover Heights, Sydney Water (NSW Government)
Sydney Water required Perfect Engineering to provide a solution to the cracked concrete stairway accessing Dudley Page Reserve. Perfect Engineering have designed 2 new replacement staircase options, made of either structural steel or with structural steel with precast concrete panels.
Woronora Pipeline Bridges, Sydney Water (NSW Government)
Sydney Water required Perfect Engineering to complete a detailed inspection of 12 existing timber bridges along the Woronora Pipeline to assess whether they were safe for use. Perfect Engineering identified numerous issues throughout the 12 bridges, with two of the bridges requiring new bridge decking. Perfect Engineering designed the replacement bridge decking taking into consideration the required loading and environmental factors such as bushfires and termites.
Shop 4 Heritage Building, Sydney Water (NSW Government)
Sydney Water required Perfect Engineering to inspect the existing heritage building to ensure it is safe. Perfect Engineering identified significant issues throughout the structural steel framing and the timber report revealed extensive termite damage in the timber section of the building. Perfect Engineering designed temporary steel support structures to support the steel framing for future building remediation works.
Tanilba Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant Road Construction, Downer/Hunter Water (NSW Government)
A variety of designs were needed for construction of new roads for Downer/Hunter Water, including the design of a concrete road crossing, regrading of asphalt road finish levels, concrete protection slab finish levels, and concrete dish drain transitions. There was also a variety of redesigns such as changing from milling and re-sheet to asphalt flexible pavement, construction of additional asphalt road and transitions, and installation of an additional pipe under the asphalt roadway.
Road/Bus Lane Widening at Victoria Road Gladesville, Roads and Maritime Services (NSW Government)
A variety of designs were needed for the widening of a road and bus lane for Roads and Maritime Services, including the design of a gantry, temporary concrete road and pin and sleeve connectors for road barriers.
Rutherford Avenue Reserve Kellyville, The Hills Shire Council
Perfect Engineering has completed designs for a car park, pedestrian bridge, sports oval and heritage steel hut in Kellyville for The Hills Shire Council.
Car Park
A new car park was required for the public to access the new facilities at Rutherford Avenue Reserve. Perfect Engineering had to design around poor ground conditions and changing slopes.
Perfect Engineering has completed designs in Kellyville for The Hills Shire Council.
Pedestrian Bridge
A pedestrian bridge was required as a waterway crossing to connect two areas of the new park.
Sports Oval
Cut and fill analysis was required as well as retaining wall designs to level the existing slopes to create a recreational oval.
Heritage Steel Hut
A steel structure was required to mimic an existing heritage structure and also to architectural requirements.
